Rally for forests - new environment minister, new opportunity

*JOIN US FOR THE FIRST SITTING DAY OF PARLIAMENT 2023*

Post last year's state election, we now have a new environment minister, Ingrid Stitt MP and the community has wasted no time in sending emails and letters to let her know that we want her to end native forest logging now.

Join us for a rally on the steps of parliament, in solidarity with forest protection groups across the state, on the first sitting day of parliament. We will be calling for an immediate end to native forest logging.

Ingrid has a real opportunity here to do the right thing by listening to the overwhelming support for the protection and restoration of forests; for climate, habitat and First Nations justice.

See you there, let's make some noise!

We will be gathering on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people. Sovereignty was never ceded.
