Monument Hill Reserve is a 76ha area of forested hills and gullies overlooking the eastern side of Kilmore. The Reserve has a diversity of eucalypts including some grand old trees and is rich with wildflowers in Spring. For more on the Reserve including walking maps, go to the Monument Hill Reserve Guide.
On 29 September BEAM Mitchell Environment Group and staff from Mitchell Shire Council are organising nature walks and lots of family activities exploring the Reserve. The event will begin with morning tea at 10:00am at the Lower Carpark.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for walking through the bush, plus cameras, magnifying glasses and/or binoculars.
WHAT'S PROVIDED?
Morning tea on arrival, reference books and pamphlets, equipment for family activities. Toilets are not available at the site.
